Landmark Medical Center is a 214‑bed acute‑care hospital in Woonsocket, RI. It serves the communities of northern Rhode Island and southern Massachusetts since 1873.

06:45 am – 03:15 pm
Responsibilities- Treat patients by providing medication management and nursing care.
- Educate patients about mental and medical conditions and provide emotional support.
- Run therapeutic groups and provide psychiatric crisis intervention.
- Perform seclusion and restraint procedures when necessary.
- Record patient medical histories and monitor symptoms.
- Assist with diagnostic tests, analyze results, and operate medical machinery.
- Facilitate patient follow‑up and rehabilitation.
- Teach patients and families self‑administration of medication, diet, exercise, and physical therapy programs.
- Conduct other related duties.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of the continuum of care for behavioral health.
- Implement Behavioral Violence Prevention training within 6 months of hire and maintain current annually.
- Must have a current and valid state license as a Registered Nurse.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate upon hire and maintained thereafter.
- Working knowledge of Mental Health Laws and practice standards.
- Working knowledge of interdisciplinary treatment team processes, behavioral health programming, and daily nursing functions for inpatient and outpatient behavioral health units.
- Working knowledge of the continuum of care for behavioral health care.
