Assistant Property Manager - Accounting

• Complete month‑end and month‑opening reports
• Submit TRACS and post/reconcile subsidy payments
• Process and post invoices and reconcile vendor statements
• Assist with resident recertifications, move‑ins, and other occupancy functions as needed
• Work hours:
  
  9:00 am‑5:00 pm, Monday–Friday; remote/hybrid with onsite reporting as needed

• Experience in property management (required)
• Experience with Section 8, HOME, PBV, and LIHTC programs (preferred)
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of Yardi is a plus
• Valid driver's license and vehicle access

Salary: $58,000 to $62,000 depending on experience.
