We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our Southern Rhode Island Portfolio team! The work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. The role is remote/hybrid reporting to sites as needed.

• Complete month-end and month-opening reports
• Submit TRACS
• Post and reconcile subsidy payments
• Process and post invoices
• Reconcile vendor statements
• Assist with resident recertifications, move-ins, and other occupancy functions when operational needs require additional support
