Assistant General Manager

$65,000 per year based on experience + Bonus Potential- 6 month Review

• Serve as Manager on Duty
  , running smooth and profitable shifts while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee daily operations including staffing, scheduling, and maintaining the highest standards of service and quality.
• Manage labor costs and budgets - create efficient schedules and control expenses without sacrificing great service.
• Lead, coach, and develop a talented team of servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff.
• Train and mentor new hires, helping them grow into strong contributors.
• Partner with the General Manager on staffing needs, performance management, and driving restaurant profitability.

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience (high-volume full-service preferred).
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, positive approach.
• Passion for great food, service, and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment.

Must be able to stand/walk for long periods, bend, stoop, and lift up to 20 lbs.

• Competitive base salary: $55,000 - $65,000 based on experience
