OverviewSeasonal Category Analyst in the Front Store Merchandising organization. You will play a critical role in shaping the customer experience across 7,000+ stores by delivering the best products and promotions. Your strong analytical skills will help evaluate sales trends, identify opportunities and optimize merchandising strategies to drive business success.
Responsibilities- Evaluate sales trends and identify merchandising opportunities.
- Develop and optimize pricing and promotional strategies.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive innovative solutions.
- Develop actionable insights, mitigation strategies, and presentations for leadership.
- 2+ years’ experience using pricing/promotional strategies in a retail and/or corporate environment.
- Experience building and delivering leadership‑facing presentations and materials.
- Experience analyzing and synthesizing data.
- Experience analyzing market trends, building reports and dashboards to communicate data trends and forecasts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and Outlook.
- Up to 10% travel may be required.
- Certified Market Research Analyst (CMRA) preferred.
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
Weekly Hours40 hours per week.
Pay Range$43,888.00 – $93,574.00 (base hourly rate or full‑time salary).
