Provide best-in-class guest service and respond to guest questions/concerns courteously;
Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the absence of the Store Manager;
Assist with scheduling, payroll approvals, and payroll edits for store staff;
Maintain store appearance and merchandising to company guidelines and ensure inventory and loss prevention practices are followed;
Process guest transactions using the Point-of-Sale system and support omni-channel order fulfillment
