About the RoleAs an Inside Sales Representative, you will be a motivated, customer-focused professional with strong communication and persuasion skills, responsible for selling our products and services over the phone. In this role, you will drive revenue by identifying and pursuing new sales leads, engaging Priority’s existing client base to uncover additional opportunities, and responding to inbound inquiries from both prospects and current customers to guide them through the sales process and close deals.
Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
- Identify and generate new sales leads while promptly engaging with inbound inquiries to qualify prospects and move them through the sales pipeline toward conversion.
- Engage Priority’s current portfolio to uncover opportunities, build relationships, and close deals by effectively communicating value and guiding customers through the purchasing process.
- Handle objections and concerns professionally and tactfully.
- Maintain CRM to accurately report pipeline and deal progression by logging customer interactions and sales activities.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay informed about the company's products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Consistently meets or exceeds sales targets, converting outbound calls into qualified leads, appointments, and closed deals.
- Delivers confident, engaging customer interactions that build trust, effectively handle objections, and result in high customer satisfaction.
- Actively manages and nurtures a healthy pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and minimal loss of viable opportunities.
- Maintains accurate, up-to-date CRM records that provide clear visibility into activity, performance, and customer insights.
- Demonstrates strong product knowledge, compliance with regulations, and resilience in a high-volume environment, contributing to steady revenue growth.
- 1+ years of experience selling Payroll, Merchant Services or related financial services and technology.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales, marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in Sales.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle objections professionally.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Salesforce or Outreach.
- Patience, persistence, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
Base Pay: $54,000
Plus uncapped Commission with an OTE of $78,000

Physical Requirements
