Position: Clinical Case Manager-Nurturing Early Connections (Full Time)

Clinical Case Manager – Nurturing Early Connections (Full Time)

Location: Woonsocket, RI

We are a team of Clinical Case Managers who provide supervised visitation to infants placed in DCYF foster care and their parents. Our staff are trained in evidence‑based approaches that promote bonding and attachment, and we coach sessions between parents and children using a strength‑based, client‑centered approach. We maintain a positive and supportive team atmosphere. Schedules are flexible within a 40‑hour workweek.

Responsibilities
  • Provide supervised visitation to infants (0‑2 years) in DCYF foster care and their parents.
  • Use evidence‑based approaches to promote bonding and attachment.
  • Coach parents and children during visits using a strength‑based, client‑centered approach.
  • Manage a small caseload and conduct center‑based visits weekly.
  • Transition visits to the parents’ home as the reunification process progresses.
  • Provide post‑reunification home‑visiting and case‑management support.
  • Collaborate with community resources and DCYF as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • Experience with high‑risk populations.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
