Role – Python Full Stack Developer with ReactJS
Location:
Richardson, TX / Woonsocket, RI (Onsite)
Job Type: C2C/W2
Minimum 8+ years of experience.
Strong hands‑on experience – this is not a project management role.
Support analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and other key business performance metrics.
Develop and support optimized UI screens by integrating Fast API.
Work with stakeholders including Executive, Product, Data, and Design teams to assist with application and API‑related technical issues and support their application needs.
Work with customers and provide solutions with stronger security principles.
Communicate complex findings and ideas in plain language and visualizations that are friendly to business and operational audiences.
Required Skills- Frontend & Backend Development
- ReactJS
- Python for backend (preferably FastAPI)
- Cloud & Containerization – Kubernetes / Docker (preferably AKS)
- Data Handling & Performance – handling large volumes of data on web pages (preferably from OLAP data stores in the backend)
- Performance optimization
- Data integrity
- Caching strategies
- Deployment & Architecture – deployment strategies (e.g., hosting multiple applications under the same platform)
- Security – authentication and authorization modules, security best practices
- Collaboration & Communication – ability to work with cross‑functional stakeholders (Executive, Product, Data, Design teams)
- Strong communication skills to present complex findings in a clear and business‑friendly manner
