Stocker 2nd Shift

As a Distribution Associate you will stock and manage merchandise, ensuring accuracy and safety across the distribution department.

• Review, store, and thoroughly comprehend store orders, including item locations, descriptions, and quantities.
• Picks and prepares cut box tops and plastic from inner packaging for required product cases.
• Maintains an elevated level of accuracy for stocked merchandise, meeting full compliance to departmental performance standards.
• Maintains consistent cleanliness of all work zones at the end of each shift to adhere to departmental quality standards.
• Cross‑trains employees in stock distribution and related warehouse duties to build team capabilities and efficiencies.
• Works to maintain a safe working environment by consistently following safety guidelines and adhering to warehouse safety standards and requirements.
• Performs general housekeeping duties to keep working areas and aisles clear of debris, maximizing safety and reducing accidents.
• Monitors day‑to‑day warehouse activities, escalating exceptions or safety concerns to supervisors for swift resolution.

• Basic awareness of problem solving and decision making skills.
• 0–2 years of work experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

40 hours per week.

Full time.

$16.00 – $28.84 per hour.
