Production Group Lead - 2nd Shift

Position Summary

Contributes support for departments and department supervisors. Coordinates department activities, workflow, and resources to achieve daily goals. Maintains accuracy and performance standards and ensures compliance with safe work practices.

• Conduct routine technical support tasks for the warehouse area under general supervision and communicate deviations from expected outcomes to the internal team.
• Gather feedback from employees across the company to ensure the technical support function is responsive to business needs.
• Communicate with supervisors to determine departmental staffing needs and assignments.
• Maintain metrics for the distribution department to monitor transactions at all levels of service.
• Collect data from the distribution department on key performance indicators to measure against expected outcomes.
• Monitor day‑to‑day operations and performance of the distribution department; apply LEAN principles to execute operations efficiently.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment for the distribution warehouse and educate staff on safety protocols.
• Define the distribution strategy for the department teams and provide the roadmap for smooth operation.
• Organize workloads and educational resources for the distribution team to ensure operations stay on schedule.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1 year of relevant work experience.
• Basic awareness of problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.

Anticipated weekly hours: 40 hours per week.

Time type:
Full‑time.

The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 – $31.30 per hour.
