Certified Angus Beef ® Brand Culinary & Butchery Internship (Externship) is a 15-week paid program located at the Culinary Center in Wooster, Ohio. Interns will work with chefs and meat scientists to learn beef butchery, cooking styles, and plating for high-end events.
Open to Culinary Institute/Johnson & Wales students, with housing assistance and a $560/week stipend. Some travel for events may be required during the externship.
