Requirements
• Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology
• Active Ohio license
• DEA registration
• ACLS and BLS
• Clean history
Clinical Details
• Scope:
  General Diagnostic Radiology with light interventional procedures
• Typical Case Mix:
- ER, Neuro, MSK, Peds, Mammo Diag Proc, Nuc Med - Fluoroscopy and ultrasound-guided diagnostics
• Light IR Procedures:
- Biopsies:
Thyroid, Lung, Liver, Bone, Renal (CT or US guided) - Drainages:
Parntesis, Thorntesis, Abscess Drainages, Chest Tube, Cysts - Lumbar Punctures:
Diagnostic, Myelogram, Epidural - Arthrograms:
Joint Injections - Knee, Elbow, Hip, Ankle, ShoulderCompensation
