• Provide instruction for high school world language students in alignment with Ohio World Language standards.
• Design and deliver developmentally appropriate curriculum and instruction that reflects observations, assessments, and goals of individual students.
• Demonstrate the ability to design and implement effective classroom management and discipline plans for the entire classroom and individual students.
• Share best practices with other teachers and collaborate to improve instructional and assessment practices.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create cross-curricular learning experiences and integrate relevant, emerging technology tools into daily instructional practices and collaborative team environments.
• Communicate consistently with families regarding the academic and social-emotional growth of their child and facilitate regular parent/guardian conferences.
• Work closely with others to implement special programs, integrated curricula, and building projects.

• Valid Ohio teaching licensure in the appropriate grade level and/or subject area, or the ability to obtain licensure is required.
• Ability to teach CCP, preferred but not required
• Familiarity with the Ohio World Language Standards
• Proven ability to design and deliver instruction for ALL learners, especially students with exceptionalities
• Familiarity with Performance Based Assessments and End of Course Exams
• Excited to create a rigorous and nurturing classroom environment that prioritizes student learning and social-emotional development
• Communication and collaboration with families and colleagues
• Experience working with students with special needs in the regular classroom
• Ability to work closely with others to implement special programs and integrated curricula
