Schaeffler Group USA - - Responsibilities:
Complete a structured vocational training in a specific administrative or technical subject with the objective of obtaining an acknowledged vocational certification;
Rotate in departments related to the trade to complete 8000 on-the-job training hours and related classroom instruction;
Work closely with a Journeyperson in maintaining production stamping tooling in a timely and efficient manner and developing prototype/production stamping dies;
Work closely with a Journeyperson in programming, set-up and running CNC equipment in a tool room environment;
Assist with daily operational tasks and contribute to team projects, utilizing theoretical knowledge in practical settings
