Source obsolete components / find equivalent components for legacy customers - Review BOMs - Test, debug, and repair electronics - Work as a liaison between internal PCB testers and external customers (3rd party inspectors) - Root cause analysis / troubleshoot boards that are failing - PCB layout - Data entry for quoting - SMT machine programming

• MUST HAVE:
  Associates Degree or higher
• Understanding of circuitry
• Coursework, internships/co-ops, or hands-on experience with electronics/PCBs
• Knowledge of SMT and/or through-hole rework procedures
• Ability to read and understand schematics and BOMs
• Ability and desire to work with little supervision
• Ability to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
• Visual acuity is required due to working with very small components

PLUS:

- Bachelor's Degree - Experience manipulating drawings in Altium - Gerber - PCB troubleshooting

Entry Level

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wooster, OH.

The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $38.46/hr.
