Location: On Site in Wooster, OH
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Salary: $70,000 - $85,000

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Financial Analyst :

• Analyze manufacturing costs, product costing, and inventory performance
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting activities
• Prepare variance analysis related to production, labor, overhead, and operational expenses
• Partner with manufacturing leadership to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability
• Monitor inventory valuation, inventory controls, and cost accounting processes
• Develop financial models and business analysis to support strategic decision-making

Qualifications for the Senior Financial Analyst :

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years of financial analysis experience within a manufacturing environment
• Strong cost accounting, inventory accounting, and variance analysis experience
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
