We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team on a PRN (as needed) basis to provide services in the Wooster area. The COTA will work with patients in their homes, assisting them in improving their daily living and work skills.

• Must be a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience working in a home health setting is preferred

• Conduct occupational therapy assessments to identify patient needs and goals
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the Occupational Therapist
• Provide therapeutic activities and exercises to help patients improve their functional abilities
• Educate patients and their families on techniques for continued improvement
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans

This position offers a flexible PRN schedule in the Wooster area, allowing you to make a positive impact on patients  lives in the comfort of their own homes.
