• Provide compassionate care and support to individuals with disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and meal preparation.
• Encourage and facilitate social and recreational activities.
• Document and report on client progress and any changes in behavior.
• Collaborate with team members to create individualized care plans.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other staff.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a caregiving or support role preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Compassionate attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
