POSITION SUMMARYOur internships are designed to give you a comprehensive understanding of the department you’replaced in, as well as an overview of every department’s contribution to our business.
As a Digital Asset Management Intern,you’llplay an essential role in shaping how creative content is stored, organized, and accessed across the company. Assisting theSr. Graphics Designer,you’llhelp implement smarter, faster workflows that directlyimpactthe efficiency of organization-wideteams.
This hands‑on experience not only strengthens your technical skills but also offers insights into the broader content management lifecycle, providing a solid foundation for future roles in digital media or asset management.
This internship will begin in the summer of2026.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Provides general, entry‑level support to the internal communications and marketingdepartments.
- Assistsin the ingestion of audiovisual files and creative assets into DAM/CMS/MAM systems.
- Appliesmetadata to uploaded content, following defined standards, naming conventions, and controlledvocabularies.
- Supports the organization of folder structures and digital file libraries to ensure consistency and searchability.
- Conductsbasic quality checks on uploaded materials (e.g., format, resolution, completeness).
- Supports the execution of workflows for asset sharing, delivery, and storage across internal teams.
- Responds to basic user inquiries and provide troubleshooting support related to digital asset tools.
- Helpsmaintainuser documentation, guides, and onboarding materials.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure assets are delivered and available on time.
- Assistsmarketing and communications in the development of new methods to improve DAM user experience and process efficacy and efficiency.
- Current college junior/senior pursuing abachelor’s degree inlibrary science,communications,marketingorcomputerscience
- Must have at least a 2.8 GPA (3.0 or 3.2+ preferred)
- Must be involved in at least 1 extra-curricular activity or volunteer activity
- Knowledge of CMS (Content Management Systems), metadata standards, digital rights and database management, and cloud-based storage platforms(preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable working across digital tools and learning new platforms quickly
