Systems Administrator
$75,000 to $85,000 + bonus
Wooster, Ohio hybrid
8am-5pm

- Monitor and optimize system performance, availability, and reliability
- Support on-premises AD integrated with Microsoft Entra
- Manage hybrid-joined and cloud-joined devices
- Manage IAM and user identity lifecycle
- GPO-to-Intune profile conversions
- Manage Windows devices using Microsoft Intune
- Device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployments
- Device enrollment, lifecycle management, and remote troubleshooting
- Implement and maintain security controls to protect sensitive data
- Endpoint security, patching, vulnerability remediation, and access controls
- Assist with security audits, risk assessments, and incident response
- Provide escalated support to resolve complex system and device issues
- Create and maintain system documentation, standards, and procedures
- Train staff on system use, security best practices, and new technologies
- Collaborate with IT leadership on infrastructure planning and modernization initiatives
- Recommend and implement system improvements to enhance reliability, security, and scalability
- Stay current with Microsoft cloud technologies, endpoint management trends, and cybersecurity best practices
- Occasional after hours support
- Systems administration
- Windows Server, Active Directory, M365
- Hybrid AD / Microsoft Entra
- Managing hybrid-joined and Entra-joined devices
- Group Policy to Microsoft Intune migrations
- Microsoft Intune device and application management
- Networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls
