As a Training & Implementation Specialist, you’ll create and deliver engaging AAC training resources, professional development workshops, and implementation materials for customers and internal teams. You’ll collaborate across departments, contribute to product development, and ensure our solutions are represented at conferences nationwide.

- Assess training and implementation needs for customers and internal staff.
- Develop and deliver engaging product training through live, online, and on-demand formats.
- Create and maintain implementation materials across multiple platforms, including LMS content.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate representation of products and features.
- Excellent on-line and in-person presentation skills.
- Strong computer skills, including demonstrated proficiency with PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Excel and MS Teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Disability/Assistive Technology related field is required.
- Has a working knowledge of Accent, Nova Chat, and iOS-based products.
- A minimum of 2 years working in the field of AAC or Assistive Technology is required.
- Possesses clinical knowledge and experience in the practice of AAC and maintains an ongoing connection to current AAC practices.
