Position SummaryAs a Maintenance Technician
, you will provide high quality service to residents, manage routine maintenance, ensure grounds upkeep, and be the go‑to person for emergency response. You will use our Maintenance Mobile app, receive a stipend for your personal smartphone, and be responsible for processing work orders.
- Provide outstanding customer service to all current and future residents
- Complete resident work orders on a timely basis (24–48 hour expectation)
- Maintain broad knowledge of general maintenance: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
- Assist with court‑ordered “set‑outs” when necessary
- Perform unit turnover between residents per company standards (3–5 days)
- Maintain grounds and curb appeal
- Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Be responsive to on‑call emergencies
- 1+ years of related experience
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- HVAC training and certification preferred
- Commitment to regular attendance (may include weekend and OT hours)
- Availability for on‑call emergencies
- Ability to receive, manage, and close work orders using smartphone applications
- Eligibility for semi‑annual merit increases (January and July)
- Paid weekly
