As a Maintenance Technician
, you will provide high quality service to residents, manage routine maintenance, ensure grounds upkeep, and be the go‑to person for emergency response. You will use our Maintenance Mobile app, receive a stipend for your personal smartphone, and be responsible for processing work orders.

• Provide outstanding customer service to all current and future residents
• Complete resident work orders on a timely basis (24–48 hour expectation)
• Maintain broad knowledge of general maintenance: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Assist with court‑ordered “set‑outs” when necessary
• Perform unit turnover between residents per company standards (3–5 days)
• Maintain grounds and curb appeal
• Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Be responsive to on‑call emergencies

• 1+ years of related experience
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• HVAC training and certification preferred
• Commitment to regular attendance (may include weekend and OT hours)
• Availability for on‑call emergencies
• Ability to receive, manage, and close work orders using smartphone applications

• Eligibility for semi‑annual merit increases (January and July)
