Automated Stamping Setup 2nd Shift

The set‑up personnel set up and program the robotic cells. The set‑up personnel reports to the Stamping Supervisor.

• Support and follow the Company Safety Programs.
• Support and follow Quality & Environmental Programs
• Operate presses
• Placing parts in racks
• Complete box count sheets
• Ability to print flow charts and parts inspection plans
• Trouble‑shot quality, press, and set‑up problems
• Achieve standard rates
• Perform all other work as deemed necessary by supervision

• High School diploma or GED
• One‑year experience in stamping set‑up or equivalent
• Ability to climb
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds unassisted
• Ability to perform repetitive movement with hands, arms and body
• Basic math skills
• Understand stamping operations

Performed on the plant floor.

Presses, die movers, forklift, band saw, grinders, block and tackle, drill press, lathes, impact wrench, set‑up wrench, hand tools, gauges, micrometers, jacks and extractors, protective earplugs and safety glasses. Truck mounted crane and tractor‑trailer when applicable, safety glasses, ear plugs, arm guards, gloves, and all required personal protective equipment.
