Shift: Shift 2 GOJO
Role Type: 100% Onsite
Role ObjectiveProduction Operators are tasked with assisting manufacturing processes on high speed lines.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities- Understand and apply safety and quality guidelines, meeting all regulations.
- Move product, supplies, and inventory to support production.
- Adheres to standard operating procedures, cGMP, safety, and housekeeping requirements; possess the ability to train others as assigned.
- Must be able to rotate to all tasks on production line, such as inserts, packing out, palletizing and keying.
- Perform visual inspections of components and finished goods at each step of the manufacturing process.
- Hand/eye coordination to perform at rate of over 100 bottles per minute.
- Lifting requirement up to 30 pounds at a fast pace for extended periods of time.
- Physical agility to perform at a rate to meet the production standards.
- Demonstrated ability to work on high speed production lines.
Requires the ability to read, understand and implement required standard operations procedures and work instructions.

The starting pay rate for this role is 18.95 per hour. In addition to base pay, all GOJO team members are bonus eligible. We offer benefits including 401(k) match, parental leave, and onsite well-being care.
