Operates fully automatic assembly cells by ensuring machine hoppers are full with molded and purchased components. Responsible for quality testing of product being produced on shift. Troubleshoots and makes minor adjustments to equipment. Monitors and inspects quality of materials produced. Packs items for shipping and distribution.

• Conduct quality testing of product being produced.
• Operate fully automatic assembly cells, ensuring machine hoppers are stocked with molded and purchased components.
• Troubleshoot and make minor adjustments to equipment.
• Monitor and inspect quality of materials produced.
• Pack items for shipping and distribution.
• Basic troubleshooting of machine faults to maximize productivity.
• Comply with safety procedures and support a safe working environment.
• Understand the function of each molded component and finished assembly.
• Visually inspect components for defects and contamination.

• High School Graduate or Equivalent (GED) required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

• Role Type:
  Direct Manufacturing/Distribution – 100% On‑Site.
• Travel Requirements:
  Travel between campus locations in Northeast Ohio as needed.
• FLSA Status:
  Non‑Exempt.

The starting pay rate is $19.08 per hour. All team members are bonus eligible. Benefits include 401(k) match, parental leave, and onsite well‑being care.
