Key Responsibilities

Technologist - Tooling - Stamping Department

* Execute the production of tooling components at the project level, collaborate with Tool Design, utilize QCD-optimized processes, support EnHS initiatives, and engage in cross-functional training and knowledge sharing.

* Execute the manufacturing of components for production tools on project level.

* Participate internally with Tool Design for the manufacturing of tooling solutions.

* Utilize QCD optimized manufacturing process for parts and assemblies.

* Ensure the proactive support for topics related to EnHS.

* Participate in inter-functional knowledge sharing and training programs.

* Improves production technologies in terms of quality, cost and robustness.

* Validates machines, tools and processes.

Your Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent and Machinist Journeyman certification preferred; or apprenticeship .

* Min of 5 years of experience within a stamping environment.

* Knowledge of manufacturing processes; best practices;

* Ability to work within a fast paced environment.
