Role Type: 100% Onsite
Role ObjectiveProduction Operators assist manufacturing processes on high speed lines.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities- Apply safety and quality guidelines and regulations.
- Move product, supplies, and inventory to support production.
- Follow SOP, cGMP, safety, and housekeeping requirements; train others as assigned.
- Rotate to all tasks on production line including inserts, packing out, palletizing, and keying.
- Perform visual inspections of components and finished goods at each step of the manufacturing process.
- Maintain hand/eye coordination to work at over 100 bottles per minute.
- Lifting requirement up to 30 pounds at a fast pace for extended periods.
- Demonstrate physical agility and ability to meet production standards.
- Work on high speed production lines.
Must be able to read, understand, and implement standard operating procedures and work instructions.
Travel RequirementsTravel between campus locations in Northeast Ohio as needed.
FLSA StatusNon-Exempt
Compensation & BenefitsStarting pay rate: $18.95 per hour. Bonus eligible. Benefits include 401(k) match, parental leave, and onsite well-being care.
