Responsibilities- Set up and maintain tooling machines, monitor production for quality compliance, inspect components for precision, and collaborate with teams to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Prepare and adjust tool machines for production runs, including installing and aligning components and setting operational parameters.
- Run tooling machines, closely monitoring operations to ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct regular maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal functioning.
- Examine tooling components and finished products for precision, checking dimensions and tolerances using gauges and measurement tools whilst also entrusting Quality and measuring responsible.
- Communicate effectively with engineering and production teams to coordinate workflow, resolve issues, and implement improvements.
- High School Diploma or equivalent and Machinist Journeyman certification or associate's degree
- External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
