Job Details

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Diagnose equipment issues and repair or replace faulty components to minimize downtime
• Maintain and repair electric drive systems, including VFDs and servo systems
• Support troubleshooting and maintenance of automation and controls equipment
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to resolve equipment and process issues
• Assist with installation, start-up, and commissioning of new or upgraded equipment
• Complete work orders and maintain accurate maintenance and repair documentation
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience working with 480V electrical systems, VFDs, and servo drives
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial manufacturing equipment
• Knowledge of electric drive systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and automation equipment
• Familiarity with Allen-Bradley PLCs, automation, and controls preferred
• PLC experience is not required but is a major plus
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, technical manuals, and drawings
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade degree preferred
