• Lead employees and work as a team to optimize production performance within a department.
• Use expertise to increase efficiency and productivity of operators and equipment, ensuring consistent quality standards are met.
• Troubleshoot equipment and assist with changeover, set‑ups, and coordinate daily and monthly preventative maintenance and work schedules.
• Set an example for quality and good housekeeping practices, and be available to provide assistance to operators.
• Maintain accurate records, including maintenance reports, incentive, scrap, SPC charts, and time and attendance/vacation scheduling.
• Encourage employee continuous improvement through SPS activities and using general problem‑solving tools.
• Possess an assertive disposition, resolve conflict, communicate openly, and drive production to meet organizational objectives.
• Adhere to and enforce company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices.
• Lead employees by training, coaching, and providing feedback regarding performance, quality, and safety.

• Advanced production knowledge and experience.
• Knowledge of production processes, measurement, inspection, procedures, production planning and control.
• Experience in SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Extremely self‑motivated and driven to achieve results.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
