At Seaman Corporation, we are a manufacturer of high-quality industrial coated fabrics based in Northeast Ohio for over 75 years. This position is located in the Wooster facility and follows a 24/7 rotational schedule.
Line 4 Coating Assistant – D Shift (7 pm–7 am)We are currently seeking a Line 4 Coating Assistant to support the Line Operator and ensure smooth production runs.
Responsibilities- Promote safety by following procedures and practices.
- Assist Line Operator to ensure product runs smoothly.
- Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage beginning the first day of employment.
- 401k with company match after 30 days.
- 10 paid holidays.
- Opportunities for overtime and advancement.
- Sign‑on bonus of $500 after 90 days and another $500 after 1 year.
- Annual and quarterly bonuses based on company performance.
- Starting wage of $18.50/hr plus shift differential.
- Ability to bend, lift, and stand repetitively throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs during the work shift.
- Ability to work with hands, reach with hands and arms.

Education & Experience- HS Diploma/GED required.
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
- Drug screening.
