Plant Operations Manager
The Plant Operations Manager provides day-to-day leadership, assuming P&L responsibility for all manufacturing operations, including safety, quality, and production metrics. This role involves analyzing operational performance and key metrics to identify opportunities for efficiency optimization and drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing. They also manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance and guiding cultural change to meet site and company goals.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:
- In office environment
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Planned Business Travel:
- This job requires 5% of planned business travel.
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required. Associate or bachelor's degree, preferred.
- Combined experience in Plant Operations Management practices of 5 or more years with education is desirable.
- Previous experience manufacturing industry-leading manufacturing operations in a LEAN environment.
- Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM) Certifications desired.
