Arti Flex Manufacturing, Inc. seeks a Production Supervisor to lead the laser department, ensuring safe, productive operations. You will oversee laser technicians, plan schedules, and ensure readiness of laser equipment while driving continuous improvement to meet customer requirements and goals.
The role requires hands-on technical support, ability to troubleshoot laser setups, and experience in CNC manufacturing. Regular presence in our Wooster facilities is expected, with overtime as needed.
