Set Up Operator III – Transfer Stamping

• Set up and programming of operating machines including accuracy and effectiveness checks in various test sequences
• Oversee ramp up of machines after setup procedure and support Operators in operating the machines
• Support maintenance in the repair, prevention of downtime and inspection of machines
• Follow documented procedures and processes and maintain accurate records and tracking
• Check finished product/product component and submit for approval
• Follow all safety and production rules and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to use instruments for measuring and to identify defects
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and write clear communications in English
• Ability to operate complex machinery for use in inspection
• Good visual acuity
• Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
• Multiple years of experience operating complex machines in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Experience working with power tools preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints preferred

Demonstrates expertise in operating complex machinery, performing inspections, and maintaining accurate records while adhering to safety protocols. Proficient in using measuring instruments and following documented procedures to ensure product quality.
