Production Associate - Assembly & Packing
Wooster, OH | $18.00/hour |
1st Shift - 7a-3:30p M-F
Are you looking for a Production Associate job in Wooster, Ohio with a steady schedule, weekly pay, and opportunities to learn new skills? We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to assist with assembly, packaging, material handling, and general production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Whether you have previous manufacturing experience or are looking to start a career in production, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Assemble boxes and package finished products for shipment
- Load and unload parts onto racks for metal finishing processes
- Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Operate material handling equipment (training provided)
- Follow company safety procedures and production guidelines
- Assist with additional warehouse and production tasks as needed
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn new processes and grow with the company
Shift Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay $18.00 per hour
Hours 40+ hours per week
- Consistent first-shift schedule
- Weekly paycheck
