Job Title: Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation

Location: Wooster, OH

Our team is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join a dynamic outpatient Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and interventional pain practice. This role focuses on evaluating and managing patients with musculoskeletal and chronic pain conditions while contributing to procedural care and improved functional outcomes. Both new graduates and experienced providers are encouraged to apply.

• Monday–Friday schedule with flexible full-time or part-time options

• Evaluate and manage patients with musculoskeletal and chronic pain conditions
• Conduct consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Perform and assist with interventional procedures and therapeutic treatments
• Provide patient education to support treatment adherence and recovery goals
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Collaborate with clinical staff to coordinate comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation and support quality outcomes

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Ohio
• Open to new graduates with interest in procedural and pain management care
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced outpatient specialty setting
• Strong communication and patient‑centered care skills
