Position: LPN/RN Extended Hours
What You Should Know About the LPN/RN Extended

Hours:

• This is a PRN DRIVING position covering New Philadelphia and Wooster area.
• Hours are 4p-12a one to three days a week, and 8a-8p every other weekend. Also include holiday requirements.
• We provide superior care and superior services to patients at their end of life journey. Only those who have a heart for hospice will succeed

The LPN/RN Individualized Care Essential Duties Are:

We provide superior care for patients in families in homes/facilities. The LPN/RN will provide quality nursing care to patients in a manner that meets the patient and family needs, working under the direction and supervision of an RN. You will provide superior care to patients and their families.

LPN Qualifications:

• Registered LPN or RN with the State of Ohio without any board actions.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.
• CPR Certified.
• Computer skills sufficient to properly document services and care.
• Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime or inclement weather.
• Valid Driver's License with Safe Driving Record.
• State Minimum Automobile Insurance Coverage.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must be able to pass a 10 screen drug panel
