Position Summary

Responsibilities- Provide primary and family evidence‑based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for patients.
- Provide administrative duties including opening/closing the clinic, inventory, patient follow‑up, verifying insurance and collecting payment, maintaining a clean environment.
- Handle patient appointments and perform routing examinations to ensure positive patient health outcomes.
- Speak with patients about healthy lifestyle choices, complete diagnostic tests to diagnose and treat injuries or illnesses, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to maintain a comprehensive plan of care.
- Encourage patients to become active participants in their own healthcare and well‑being through services such as health screenings, behavioral health and wellness, chronic condition management.
- Complete patient charting and follow‑up during the shift, without taking work home.
- Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
- Evidence‑based care experience inclusive of pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, and safer sex practices.
- Order and administer immunizations and injections, including COVID‑19, influenza, TB, Depo, and provide vaccine counseling.
- Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent.
- Complete the DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment.
- Proficiency in speaking and writing additional languages, with Spanish preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification including CPR and AED operation.
- Pass a FIT test and wear the provided respirator mask when required.
- EPIC experience preferred.
Master’s Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.

Pay Range: $41.85 - $90.13 per hour (base hourly rate or full‑time salary; actual offer dependent on experience, education, geography, etc.).
