Position Summary - F/T Mon.
- Fri. 8:30 am - 4 pm
You will provide primary and family evidence‑based care as a Family Nurse Practitioner in our Minute Clinic. The role involves clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, counseling, and ongoing coordination of patient care while supporting clinic operations and team collaboration.

- Patient charting and follow‑up completed in the clinic during the shift, no taking work home
- Provide primary and family evidence‑based care, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, counseling, and disposition planning.
- Perform administrative duties such as opening/closing the clinic, inventory, patient follow‑up, insurance verification, payment collection, and maintaining a clean environment.
- Manage patient appointments and conduct routing examinations to achieve positive health outcomes.
- Engage patients in healthy lifestyle choices, complete diagnostic tests, and coordinate with other health professionals for comprehensive care plans.
- Encourage patients to participate actively in their health through screenings, behavioral health, wellness, and chronic condition management.
- Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing
- Ability to provide holistic, evidence‑based care, including pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, and safer sex practices.
- Order and administer immunizations and injections and provide vaccine counseling.
- Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent.
- Completion of the DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment.
- Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish) as required by the market.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including CPR and AED usage.
- Pass a FIT test and wear the provided respirator mask when protocol requires.
- EPIC experience preferred.
- Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.

$41.85 - $90.13
