Nurse Practitioner - NP Primary Care

Position Summary - F/T Mon.

You will provide primary and family evidence‑based care as a Family Nurse Practitioner in our Minute Clinic. The role involves clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, counseling, and ongoing coordination of patient care while supporting clinic operations and team collaboration.

• Provide primary and family evidence‑based care, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, counseling, and disposition planning.
• Perform administrative duties such as opening/closing the clinic, inventory, patient follow‑up, insurance verification, payment collection, and maintaining a clean environment.
• Manage patient appointments and conduct routing examinations to achieve positive health outcomes.
• Engage patients in healthy lifestyle choices, complete diagnostic tests, and coordinate with other health professionals for comprehensive care plans.
• Encourage patients to participate actively in their health through screenings, behavioral health, wellness, and chronic condition management.

• Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing
• Ability to provide holistic, evidence‑based care, including pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, and safer sex practices.
• Order and administer immunizations and injections and provide vaccine counseling.
• Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent.
• Completion of the DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment.
• Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish) as required by the market.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including CPR and AED usage.
• Pass a FIT test and wear the provided respirator mask when protocol requires.

• EPIC experience preferred.

• Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.

The typical pay range for this role is:

$41.85 - $90.13
