Position:
Quality Assurance Group Leader
Are you a hands-on quality leader who thrives on improving processes, leading teams, and owning results? We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Group Leader who will take charge of our Quality Management System and play a critical role in driving compliance, performance, and continuous improvement across the organization.

What You’ll Do:

* Lead and manage all
** Quality Assurance functions
** across the facility

* Own and maintain the
** Quality Management System (QMS)*
* * Act as the
** ISO & AS9100 Coordinator
** for internal, customer, and third-party audits

* Monitor, measure, and report
** incoming/outgoing quality & process compliance*
* * Drive
** corrective & preventive actions (CAR/PAR)
** and continuous improvement initiatives

* Serve as the
** primary point of contact for customer quality concerns*
* * Oversee
** non-conforming material control
** and resolution processes

* Lead
** internal audits
** and guide the company through external audits

* Track and report
** key quality performance metrics*
* * Partner with
** Manufacturing & Engineering
** to support production and solve problems

* Ensure compliance with
** ESD standards and inspection processes*
* 👥 Leadership Responsibilities:

* Supervise and mentor
** Quality Team members*
* * Take ownership of quality issues across the company and
** drive resolution*
* * Lead with accountability, urgency, and a commitment to excellence

🎯

What You Bring:

* 2+ years of
** Quality Engineering or QA Leadership experience*
* * Strong knowledge of
** ISO 9001, AS9100, and quality systems*
* * Experience with
** CAR/PAR, audits, and continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma)*
* * Familiarity with
** IPC standards (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, 7711/7721)*
* * Experience with
** FAI, PPAP, AQL methodologies*
* * Excellent
** communication and problem-solving skills*
* * Ability to
** lead under pressure and make confident decisions*
* * Technical background in
** electronics preferred** (degree a plus)

Hours:

Monday thru Thurday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM overtime on Fri/Sat when needed.
Pay: WILL BOE $50-$60K
