ServerJob Description
Entails providing customers with an exceptional dining experience by taking their orders, ensuring that food and drinks are served promptly and efficiently and keeping the dining area clean and organized.
Job Duties And Responsibilities- Take customer orders, and serve food and drinks
- Explain menu items and make suggestions
- Ensure correct and timely delivering of orders and drinks
- Monitor food and drink quality, and notify management of any issues
- Keep tables clean and presentable for the next customer
- Handle payment transaction, and make correct change
- Uphold standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Respond to customer inquiries, and provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a seamless dining experience
- Maintain knowledge of restaurant policy and procedure
High school diploma or equivelent
