As a Prep Cook, you play a crucial role in helping the team deliver an exceptional experience to each and every guest. Your culinary training and experience, strong organizational skills, ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment, and attention to detail will contribute to delivering perfection on every plate that leaves the kitchen.

• Ensure our guests have an excellent dining experience by correctly prepping food items.
• Preparing and cooking menu items during service, while maintaining quality and presentation standards.
• Understanding and adherence to food safety regulations.
• Portioning, washing, peeling, slicing and mixing ingredients for entrees, appetizers, salads and garnishes. Measure and mix to make dressings, sauces, salads while following recipes for hot and cold food items.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, contributing to the overall cleanliness of the restaurant.

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas).
