American Angus Association - Angus Foundation
The Certified Angus Beef Brand Culinary and Butchery Internship is open to students who are passionate about food and cooking and embraces opportunities to perfect this craft. As an intern at the Certified Angus Beef Culinary Center, you’ll prepare food for high-end culinary events while gaining skills and understanding in beef butchery, beef cut preparation and plating, beef charcuterie and aging, social media and food styling, and beef’s journey from the farm to table.
This internship runs for 15-weeks in Wooster, OH.
