Position: Food Service Staff

Full-Time Dining Hall Attendant/Helper – Wooster

Are you friendly, dependable, and enjoy working with people? Mancan is hiring Full-Time Dining Hall Attendants/Helpers for a Wooster-area employer!

This is a temporary-to-hire position, giving the right candidate the opportunity to become a permanent employee. This is also a seasonal position that follows a school-year schedule, with potential opportunities to work during scheduled breaks for eligible employees.

What You'll Do:

• Provide friendly and helpful service to guests
• Keep the buffet stocked, clean, and presentable
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the dining area and serving stations
• Assist with basic food preparation
• Work alongside the dining team to keep service running smoothly
• Wash dishes as needed
• Follow direction from supervisors and assist with other assigned duties
• Help maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests

Schedule:

• Full-Time
• Rotating schedule
• Weekend shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• Employees are expected to work every other weekend
• Flexibility with scheduling is required
• Additional work may be available during scheduled breaks for eligible employees

Pay: $15.00/HR

Requirements:

• Previous food service or customer service experience preferred
• Dependable and flexible with scheduling
• Must be willing to work weekends
• Must be able to pass a background check
