CSR’s must be at least 16 years of age. Upon turning 18, CSR may also be required to prepare food as well as taking orders and processing cash register transactions.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery for daily use.
• Prepare product and receive and process customer orders.
• Complete inventory and associated paperwork.
• Maintain a clean restaurant facility.
• Successfully complete required training and job orientation.
• Comprehend and give correct written instructions; professionally communicate verbally with customers and staff in person and by phone.
• Calculate basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) quickly and accurately; ensure accuracy in money handling.
• Demonstrate rapid, accurate hand-eye coordination; basic computer knowledge for order entry and administrative duties as needed.

• Exposure to varying and adverse weather when performing outside tasks.
• In-store temperatures ranging from 36–90 degrees.
• Sudden changes in temperature between work areas and outside.
• Fumes from food odors; exposure to cornmeal dust.
• Cramped working quarters in some areas; hot surfaces/tools up to 500 degrees or higher; sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Speaking and hearing clearly for communication with others.
• Near and mid-range vision for in-store tasks; accurate depth perception.
• Ability to decipher hot and cold surfaces.

• Ability to direct activities; perform repetitive tasks.
• Work alone or with others; work under stress.
• Meet strict quality standards; analyze and compile data; make professional judgments and decisions.

• Standing for long periods; walking on various floor types; sitting for administrative duties and online training.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs, carrying up to 30 lbs, climbing, stooping/bending/crouching/squatting/reaching to access product and prepare food to fulfill orders.
• Extended use of hands to manipulate dough and use tools necessary to prepare orders and maintain equipment.
