We are seeking a highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Associate to assist in providing exceptional service to our customers. With over 520 store locations and growing, we have been a leader in the mattress industry for 30 years, and we are USA family owned and operated. You will confidently sell our premium mattress/bedding products using our proven selling process and the bedMATCH system.

• Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and weekends; typical 4–5 day work week with 40–55 hours per week.
• Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading purchases onto their vehicles.
• Provide customers with a relaxed, low-pressure and educational shopping experience focused on improving their lives through sleep solutions.
• Use of technology including tablets, mobile POS, and the bedMATCH system.
• Team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm.
• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
