• Plan, specification and one-line interpretation
• Bill of material accuracy
• Quote turnaround and workload management
• Pricing, margin and vendor coordination
• Customer and Sales coordination
• Reading plans, specifications, panel schedules, and one-line diagrams
• Building accurate bills of material
• Recognizing missing information and scope gaps
• Selecting appropriate products and acceptable substitutions
• Obtaining manufacturer pricing and negotiating project pricing
• Preparing accurate quotations on schedule
• Managing revisions, addenda, and customer clarifications
• Protecting margin while maintaining competitive pricing
• Completing an accurate project handoff after award
• Managing quotation workload with limited oversight
