The Lab Testing Technician will assist with lab testing and perform lab support activities under the supervision of Scientists and Engineers.
Laboratory Testing Technician Responsibilities- Complete chemical compatibility testing.
- Ability to use multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools.
- Executes auto-pumper testing.
- Performs essential job duties as defined by the lab.
- Utilizes LIMS to record experiments and results.
- Communicates the timing of project work.
- Maintains equipment and records, including daily performance checks and cleaning. Completes simple maintenance of instruments and tools.
- Cleans and maintains lab space.
- Complies with safety policies. Follows safe work processes and notifies appropriate personnel of safety issues observed.
- May serve as EPA GLP personnel.
- A minimum of a High school diploma or GED is required.
- An associate degree in science or physics is preferred.
- 2 years of relevant lab testing experience.
- Familiarity in using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools.
